You have to signing contract and I don't have a insurance so you would have to sign off on that but I do great work and very precise and persistent and devoted in my work if I don't want it done in my house I won't do it in yours this is why I'm the cheapest in the Tri-Cities because I don't have insurance but I still will sign and guarantee all work that is being done on my end depending on what is done depends on the guarantee like for example I will not guarantee a layover on a roof. And the price depends on the job also depends on if you want to buy the supplies I have to add differently expenses as well I will only charge you for my labor that's the only terms and conditions I have thank you.
